This policy explains how WaveWorks ("we") handles information in our mobile apps, including Bus Loop Escape (Korean title: 스쿨버스 지옥탈출) and CheepDoku (Korean title: 삐약도쿠, Japanese title: PiyoDoku). We do not operate our own servers, user accounts, or cloud saves, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other contact details inside the apps.

1. Information stored on your device

Game progress, coins, items, and settings are saved only on your device. We cannot access this data. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our apps show ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data. In regions where consent is required (such as the EEA and the UK), the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later from the app's Settings screen. You can also reset or opt out of the advertising ID in your device settings.

3. Crash reporting, analytics, and remote settings (Firebase)

Our apps use three Firebase services provided by Google LLC. Google receives the data listed below and processes it on its servers under its own policies.

• Firebase Crashlytics receives error details when the app crashes or hits an error it cannot recover from: the error message and, for native crashes, the stack trace (the message can contain app-internal values), app version, device model, OS version, and a Crashlytics installation ID. We use it to improve stability.
• Firebase Analytics receives an app instance ID (an identifier for your installation; on iOS, also the identifier for vendor) and usage events: level start, clear, and fail, with the level number, attempt count, time spent, number of taps, bump count, whether you continued after failing, number of boosters used, and number of open slots; whether you watched a rewarded ad and whether it paid out; when an interstitial ad was due; the product ID of a completed purchase; and screen views (main and play). Firebase also records standard events it generates itself, such as first open and session start. It also receives your device model, OS, language, and approximate region based on your IP address. We use it to improve difficulty, ads, and the shop.
• CheepDoku sends fewer usage events than the list above: puzzle start, clear, and fail with the puzzle number, board size, mode (normal or hard), and whether it is the daily puzzle; when an interstitial ad was due; whether a rewarded ad was shown and paid out; and ad loading errors. It also sends app shortcut errors to Crashlytics. CheepDoku does not read any Remote Config values yet.
• Firebase Remote Config sends the app instance ID along with basic app and device information (app version, OS, language) to Google's servers so the app can download settings such as ad frequency. The app adds no other information that identifies you.

Firebase does not receive your name, email address, phone number, or precise location, and the apps have no accounts. Firebase Analytics is set not to collect the advertising ID on Android. Bus Loop Escape for iOS does not ask for tracking permission, so the iOS advertising ID is not available to it. CheepDoku for iOS asks for tracking permission once, after you clear your first puzzle. If you allow it, Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics can use the iOS advertising ID; if you decline, they cannot. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. Google AdMob uses the advertising ID as described in section 2. The apps have no setting that turns off Firebase collection alone. Uninstalling the app stops it. 4. In-app purchases (Google Play, App Store, RevenueCat)

Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat to check which purchases you own and to restore them. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID, purchase and transaction records, and basic device information. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.

5. How long information is kept

On-device data is kept until you delete the app. Data processed by Google and RevenueCat is kept according to their own policies.

6. Children

Our apps are intended for users aged 13 and older and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the app. To ask about your information or make a request, contact us at the email below.

8. Changes

If we add new services, we will update this page and the effective date before the change takes effect.

웨이브웍스(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 둡니다. 이 방침은 스쿨버스 지옥탈출(영문명 Bus Loop Escape), 삐약도쿠(영문명 CheepDoku, 일본명 PiyoDoku)를 비롯한 회사의 모바일 앱에 적용됩니다. 회사는 자체 서버, 회원 가입, 클라우드 저장을 운영하지 않으며, 앱 안에서 이름·이메일 등 연락처를 묻지 않습니다.

1. 기기에 저장하는 정보

게임 진행 상황, 코인, 아이템, 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 회사는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.

2. 처리하는 개인정보와 위탁

위 수탁자는 미국 등 국외에 있으며, 앱을 사용하는 동안 네트워크를 통해 정보가 이전됩니다. 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱을 삭제하면 됩니다. 유럽경제지역·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 맞춤 광고 전에 Google UMP 동의 화면을 띄우며, 앱 설정 화면에서 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 재설정하거나 사용을 끌 수 있습니다.

3. 오류 수집·이용 통계·원격 설정 (Firebase)

회사의 앱은 Google LLC가 제공하는 Firebase 서비스 세 가지를 사용합니다. 아래 정보는 Google 서버로 전송되며 Google의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

• Firebase Crashlytics: 앱이 비정상 종료하거나 복구할 수 없는 오류가 났을 때 오류 메시지와 앱이 비정상 종료한 경우의 스택 트레이스(오류 메시지에 앱 내부 값이 포함될 수 있음), 앱 버전, 기기 모델, OS 버전, Crashlytics 설치 ID를 수집합니다. 앱 안정성을 높이는 데 씁니다.
• Firebase Analytics: 앱 인스턴스 ID(설치 단위 식별자, iOS는 벤더 식별자 포함)와 앱 사용 이벤트를 수집합니다. 이벤트는 레벨 시작·클리어·실패와 해당 레벨 번호·시도 횟수·소요 시간·탭 수·충돌 횟수·이어하기 여부·부스터 사용 수·열린 슬롯 수, 보상형 광고 시청 여부와 보상 지급 여부, 전면 광고 노출 차례, 구매에 성공한 상품 ID, 화면 전환(메인·플레이)입니다. Firebase가 자동으로 기록하는 첫 실행·세션 시작 같은 기본 이벤트도 포함됩니다. 기기 모델, OS, 언어, IP 주소 기반의 대략적 지역도 수집합니다. 난이도, 광고, 상점을 개선하는 데 씁니다.
• 삐약도쿠는 위 목록보다 적은 사용 이벤트를 보냅니다. 퍼즐 시작·완료·실패와 퍼즐 번호·판 크기·모드(일반·고난도)·데일리 퍼즐 여부, 전면 광고 노출 차례, 보상형 광고 표시 여부와 보상 지급 여부, 광고 불러오기 오류입니다. 앱 바로가기 오류는 Crashlytics로 보냅니다. 삐약도쿠는 아직 Remote Config 값을 읽지 않습니다.
• Firebase Remote Config: 광고 빈도 같은 앱 설정 값을 받아 오기 위해 앱 인스턴스 ID와 앱·기기 기본 정보(앱 버전, OS, 언어)를 Google 서버로 보냅니다. 앱이 이용자를 식별하는 다른 정보를 더 보내지는 않습니다.

Firebase로 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 정확한 위치는 수집하지 않으며, 앱에는 회원 계정이 없습니다. Firebase Analytics는 Android에서 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않도록 설정했습니다. 스쿨버스 지옥탈출 iOS 앱은 추적 허용을 요청하지 않아 iOS 광고 식별자를 받을 수 없습니다. 삐약도쿠 iOS 앱은 첫 퍼즐을 푼 뒤 추적 허용을 한 번 묻습니다. 허용하면 AdMob과 Firebase Analytics가 iOS 광고 식별자를 쓸 수 있고, 거부하면 쓸 수 없습니다. 선택은 iOS 설정의 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. AdMob은 2번 항목에 적은 대로 광고 식별자를 사용합니다. 앱에는 Firebase 수집만 따로 끄는 설정이 없고, 앱을 삭제하면 수집이 멈춥니다. 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보 보호 및 보안을 참고하세요.

4. 보유 기간과 파기

기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관되고 삭제와 함께 파기됩니다. 회사는 별도로 개인정보를 보관하지 않습니다.

5. 아동

회사의 앱은 13세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 하며 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든 앱을 삭제해 정보 처리를 멈출 수 있고, 아래 연락처로 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
